These programs provide skills and tools that aid in balancing the mind and body. When we improve the balance of the mind and body we inevitably increase our over all well-being. Our health, success, and happiness increases.

Through the practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness we are able to gain numerous benefits that can lead to an overall improved well-being.  We are able to cultivate a life that is full of wonder and happiness that stems from the foundation of creating a balanced lifestyle. Ashley Hardcastle, MA, CWMF

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER

Ashley is a seasoned philosophy professor and business professional.  She currently teaches Ethics at Brookhaven College and has taught at the University of North Texas and Strayer University.  She has developed relationships with start-ups, large companies, universities, investors, and government funding agencies as a business development professional. Merging her experience with a passion to share self-care practices that can lead to optimum well-being inspired the creation of Zesa.

As an avid educator and advocate of well-being and happiness, Ashley created Zesa Wellness in 2016 to share her inspiration for living the good life. Throughout her personal and professional life, she has found that in order to live a truly fulfilling and fruitful life, one must aspiring to create a balanced lifestyle.

Ashley has a Masters in Philosophy and holds certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, the Science of Happiness, and Mastering Business Development.  She is a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator with Mindful Leader and is published in Teaching Philosophy and Sustainable Communities Review

Dr. Maitri Vaidya, MS, DBA, FACHE

CHIEF WELLNESS OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER

Maitri is a Healthcare Executive transforming care through data driven, evidence based, quality initiatives. With a background in Healthcare Quality Management, Population Health and Mindfulness, Maitri has experienced healthcare’s operational challenges and opportunities across the continuum of care, believing preventive measures is the key to successful health. Currently, Maitri is the Chief Wellness Officer and co-founder of Zesa Wellness and the Corporate National Director of Regulatory and Accreditation with Alta Hospital Systems, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.  

As an experienced yogi, meditator and instructor, Maitri created Zesa Wellness in 2016 with a passion and understanding that balance of the mind and body is crucial to creating a healthy lifestyle.

Maitri has a Doctorate in Health Leadership & Policy and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a certified meditation instructor and has recently been trained to scuba dive.

Nilushka Melnick, MPH, LSSBB, CMWF LEAD MINDFULNESS INSTRUCTOR

Nilushka is a leader in Strategy Execution, Program Management and Leadership Development in Healthcare. She has extensive experience translating organizational strategy into actionable initiatives to drive performance and coaching leaders in their own growth and development.  She is currently a Leadership Development Principal at Stanford Health Care.  

Working in complex and high stress environments has deepened her passion for health, wellness and prevention and the importance of bringing mindfulness practices into our daily routines.  She is a mindfulness practitioner and coach and conducts mindfulness meditation classes at Stanford Health Care and in the community.

Nilushka has a BS in Neuroscience from University of California Riverside, a Masters in Public Health from Boston University, her lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is a leadership coach, certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator and Mental Fitness Coach.

Leah MARKETING INTERN

Leah is an experienced marketing analyst in the fitness and wellness sector. She has experience in marketing, business development, investment analysis, and financial services auditing. She is adept at applying her business acumen to data analysis in marketing, as well as conducting market research and consumer relationship management.

Leah is currently a senior at the University of Michigan pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Applied Statistics, and Art History.
